1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website, applications, and services provided by ildora Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), including the ildora Subscription Tracker (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data and third-party analytics are handled. If there is a conflict, the Privacy Policy prevails regarding data practices.

2. Description of Service & Pricing

The Service offers a free standard tier that allows you to manage your subscriptions. We may introduce premium features, subscription plans, or non-intrusive advertisements in the future to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Service.

For users of the free tier, you acknowledge that:

  • We are under no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or error corrections.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without liability to you.
  • You are not entitled to any refunds, credits, or compensation for any failure of the Service.

3. AI & Automated Content Disclaimer

The Service may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and other automated algorithms to generate content, categorize data, predict expenses, or provide insights ("AI Output").

You explicitly understand and agree that:
  • Automated Generation: AI Output is generated automatically without human review.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI Output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). You should never rely solely on AI Output.
  • User Verification Required: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information, data, or suggestions provided by the Service before taking any action.
  • No Professional Advice: The Service is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or medical advice. Decisions based on AI Output are your sole responsibility.
  • Liability Waiver: We shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from your reliance on AI Output, including but not limited to incorrect financial calculations, missed payments, or miscategorized expenses.

4. Data Responsibility & Storage

Our Service offers two modes of data storage. You may use the Service in Guest Mode (unauthenticated) or Authenticated Mode by creating an account.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guest Mode Data: In Guest Mode, data is stored locally in your browser. This data may be cleared by the browser or operating system. You are solely responsible for manual backups using the "Export" feature.
  • Authenticated Mode: When you create an account, your data is securely stored in our cloud database. While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your account security.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Device Security: You are responsible for securing your device and browser against unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its code, design, layout, graphics, and branding (the "ildora Studio" name and logo), is the exclusive property of ildora Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by open-source licenses (if applicable).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Interfere with or damage the Service, including through the use of viruses, bots, or DDoS attacks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or networks (if any).
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service without our express written consent. This does not restrict users from exporting or accessing their own data.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE RESULTS OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
  • WARRANTIES THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ILDORA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:

  • THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
  • RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
  • DATA LOSS DUE TO BROWSER CLEARING, DEVICE FAILURE, OR USER ERROR.
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ildora Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to if we reasonably believe:

  • You have violated these Terms or other policies.
  • You create risk or possible legal exposure for us.
  • Our provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
